Pricing Plans

In NoteGPT, Quota is a credit system we use to provide access to premium features. By purchasing Quota, you can take advantage of our powerful AI tools and enjoy an enhanced product experience. The Quota system is designed not only to account for feature usage but also to cover the computational costs of AI processing. Different features consume varying amounts of Quota. For more details, please refer to the "Quota Usage Policies".

• Annual Subscribers: Since the subscription does not automatically renew for the following year, there is no need to cancel.
• Monthly Subscribers: You can easily cancel your subscription through the "Subscriptions" menu in the workspace without incurring any additional fees. Please note that after canceling, your current plan will remain active for the rest of the month, and no charges will be made starting from the next month. Your data stored in NoteGPT will not be lost.

As a SaaS service provider, all products and services offered by NoteGPT and its business units are intangible and irrevocable.

In rare cases, we will only accept refund requests for the following reasons:

• Errors caused by our system malfunction.
• Within 24 hours of the first payment (Promotion non-refundable).

Please note:

1. The first payment refers to the initial payment and does not include renewals, plan upgrades, or repurchases.
2. Refunds are not supported within 24 hours after automatic renewal for monthly subscriptions; in this case, you may cancel your subscription.
3. Please provide a complete and valid reason for the refund request and email us at [email protected].
4. We do not guarantee refunds for lack of usage or dissatisfaction.
5. Promotional prices are non-refundable.
6. This policy is designed to protect our users while ensuring the sustainability of our service. We appreciate your understanding. For more details, please refer to the "Subscription Policies".

No, annual payments will not auto-renew after expiration.

After the first month's payment, the subscription will automatically renew the following month. If the renewal fails due to reasons on your end, such as insufficient funds in your bank account, your account will automatically revert to the free plan the following month.

• After logging in, you can upgrade your plan on the Pricing page or go to the "Subscriptions" menu in the workspace.
• When upgrading to an annual plan, your previous plan’s balance will automatically be applied as a credit.
• For users on a monthly plan who paid with Stripe, the remaining balance will be automatically applied if upgrading to another monthly plan.
• For users on a monthly plan who paid with PayPal, the remaining balance cannot be automatically applied due to PayPal’s policies.
