1. Declaration

Before subscribing, please make sure you have thoroughly reviewed our product features and subscription policies. By subscribing to our product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted all the terms of this policy prior to your purchase. 2. Subscription Policies

  • Plans and Pricing: For details about our subscription plans and pricing, please visit our pricing plan page. Choose the plan that best fits your needs for an optimal experience.
  • Annual Subscription (Recommended): Users who choose the annual subscription make a one-time payment and enjoy a 30% discount on the monthly rate compared to the monthly subscription. This option not only helps you save costs but also ensures uninterrupted access to all features for a full year. Please note that annual subscriptions do not automatically renew for the following year.
  • Monthly Subscription: After the first month’s payment, the subscription will automatically renew the following month. If the renewal fails due to an issue on your end, such as insufficient funds in your bank account, your account will automatically revert to the free plan the following month.

3. Plan Upgrade Policies

  • After logging in, you can upgrade your plan on the Pricing page or go to the “Subscriptions” menu in the workspace.
  • When upgrading to an annual plan, your previous plan’s balance will automatically be applied as a credit.
  • For users on a monthly plan who paid with Stripe, the remaining balance will be automatically applied if upgrading to another monthly plan.
  • For users on a monthly plan who paid with PayPal, the remaining balance cannot be automatically applied due to PayPal’s policies.

4. Cancellation Policies

  • Annual Subscribers: Since annual subscriptions do not automatically renew for the following year, there is no need to cancel.
  • Monthly Subscribers: You can easily cancel your subscription through the “Subscriptions” menu in the workspace, with no additional fees. Please note that your current subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, after which your account will revert to the free plan. Any data saved in NoteGPT will not be lost.

5. Refund Policies

Before making any payments, we kindly ask that you carefully read the Terms and Conditions.
It is strongly recommended that you familiarize yourself with the features and functionality of our product before placing an order to avoid situations that may require a refund.

By ordering our products, you acknowledge that you have fully read and completely accept the terms and conditions of this refund policy.

If you disagree with or do not accept the terms and conditions outlined in this policy, please contact us to share your comments, suggestions, or corrections. We greatly appreciate your feedback.

For any inquiries or general requests, please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond.

As a SaaS service provider, all products and services offered by NoteGPT and its business units are intangible and irrevocable.

In rare cases, we will only accept refund requests for the following reasons:
● Errors caused by our system malfunction.
● Within 24 hours of the first payment (Promotion non-refundable).

Please note:

  1. The first payment refers to the initial payment and does not include renewals, plan upgrades, or repurchases.
  2. Refunds are not supported within 24 hours after automatic renewal for monthly subscriptions; in this case, you may cancel your subscription.
  3. Please provide a complete and valid reason for the refund request and email us at [email protected].
  4. We do not guarantee refunds for lack of usage or dissatisfaction.
  5. Promotional prices are non-refundable.
