1. Declaration

Before subscribing, please make sure you have thoroughly reviewed our product features and subscription policies. By subscribing to our product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted all the terms of this policy prior to your purchase. 2. Subscription Policies

  • Plans and Pricing: For details about our subscription plans and pricing, please visit our Pricing Plan page. Choose the plan that best fits your needs for an optimal experience.
  • Quota Usage Policies：For more details, please refer to the "Quota Usage Policies."
  • Annual Subscription (Recommended): Users who choose the annual subscription make a one-time payment and enjoy a 30% discount on the monthly rate compared to the monthly subscription. This option not only helps you save costs but also ensures uninterrupted access to all features for a full year. Please note that annual subscriptions do not automatically renew for the following year.
  • Monthly Subscription: After the first month’s payment, the subscription will automatically renew the following month. If the renewal fails due to an issue on your end, such as insufficient funds in your bank account, your account will automatically revert to the free plan the following month.

3. Plan Upgrade Policies

  • After logging in, you can upgrade your plan on the Pricing page.
  • When upgrading to an Annual Plan, your remaining balance will be automatically applied, and you only need to pay the difference.
  • For Monthly Plans paid via Stripe, your remaining balance will be automatically applied when upgrading to another monthly plan, and you only need to pay the difference.
  • For Monthly Plans paid via PayPal, your remaining balance cannot be automatically applied due to PayPal’s policies.

4. Cancellation Policies

  • Annual plans do not auto-renew for the next year, so no cancellation is required.
  • Monthly plans can be canceled anytime in My Subscriptions under your account at no extra cost. Your plan will stay active until the end of the current billing cycle, then switch to the free plan. All your data in NoteGPT will remain safe.

5. Refund Policies

Before making any payments, we kindly ask that you carefully read the Terms and Conditions.
It is strongly recommended that you familiarize yourself with the features and functionality of our product before placing an order to avoid situations that may require a refund.

By ordering our products, you acknowledge that you have fully read and completely accept the terms and conditions of this refund policy.

If you disagree with or do not accept the terms and conditions outlined in this policy, please contact us to share your comments, suggestions, or corrections. We greatly appreciate your feedback.

For any inquiries or general requests, please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond.

Refunds are available within 24 hours of your first purchase only.
The refund amount equals the payment minus the value of any used Premium Credits.

Please note:

  • Refund requests are not accepted after 24 hours
  • “First purchase” does not include renewals, upgrades, or repurchases
  • Monthly plans are not refundable within 24 hours after auto-renewal, but you may cancel during this period
  • Discounted purchases are non-refundable
  • Lifetime Premium Credits are non-refundable
  • A valid reason is required, and refund requests must be emailed to [email protected]
