I've been testing AI video tools since the early days of Runway, and Seedance 2.5 is the first one where I didn't immediately think "cool demo, but I can't actually use this." The 30-second native generation is a real game changer — previous models would give me 4 or 5 seconds of decent footage and then fall apart, so I'd spend hours stitching and fixing. With Seedance 2.5, I type my scene, add a couple of reference images, and I get a complete half-minute clip that's coherent from start to end. I used it for a client's product launch teaser last week and they were genuinely impressed. The 4K output means I don't have to explain to clients why the video looks "kind of fuzzy." This is the first AI video tool I've recommended to my team without hedging.
